COMPLETE THE WINTER BREAK Assignment!: To review, you are completing TWO of the FOUR essays assigned.  Each essay must be

1. Computer Printed.
2. 12 Point Font
3. DOUBLE SPACED 
4. Stapled, if greater than 2 pages 
5. Proper Heading
1. Your name
2. Date
3. Class Period
6. Printed copy of Rubric must be included.  Click here for the rubric.  You must print TWO copies of your rubric (one for each essay) 

Any student who fails to complete the assignment will receive a grade of ZERO.  

WEDNESDAY DUE FRIDAY 

READ the handout "Constitutional Conflicts" .  Although you're not required to do so, it would be a good idea to print this out, so you can highlight and outline it.  You can also do this, if you save the file as a PDF.
