After carefully reviewing the amendments, answer the questions that follow.  You will respond to the questions, by posting a "comment" to this blog post.  It's a good idea for you to have two windows open, so you can work on the questions, while looking at the Bill of Rights.  

1.  Why do you think there might be controversy over freedom of speech?

2.  Why do you think the right against unreasonable searches and seizures is so important to most people?

4.  How do the Miranda (5th Amendment) rights protect you?
