- Delegated: Specifically given to the FG
- Reserved: Anything not delegated to the FG, goes to the STATES
- Concurrent: Shared by BOTH
- Implied: Not delegated, but allowed b/c they're necessary
- Denied: Neither state, nor fed can do it

The Constitution was written over 200 years ago. If I had the opportunity to change the balance of powers today,between the state and the federal government, I would choose to not really change anything in the government. In one hand I think that it is good{not perfect but good}that the power is settled. At least both, the federal and the state government have rights. Also, I think that in a way it is good that the federal government has more power because the decision that it makes is going to equally effect all the states not just one of them... Also they kind of had no other choice because then nobody would be satisfied because some states want one thing and other states want others so it is also good to have a state government.So that's why i wouldn't change anything in the government today...

I think that the balance of power today is really good and fine because everything is going good and the Federal and the State Governments are doing their jobs. The Constitution is written 200 years ago and we still have the Constitution going good. The Federal Government has the power to control the states and the State Government doesn't have that much power to control the states. If the Federal and the States Government doesn't declare war together then the states won't be untied at all. This is why I wouldn't change anything in the Constitution today. xD
