The Bill of Rights is the first ten amendments to the U.S. Constitution. They specify a number of powers that the government may not exercise in order to protect individual liberty. The Bill of Rights consits of the first 10 amedments. The first Amendment says that Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. It basicly is saying that congress can not take away your rights and liberty's. I think the bill of rights was a way of life effctivly easier. If we did not have it. If someone was supposely to tell you you could not openly practice your religion the have the right to do that but their also taking away your rights (bad example but you catch my drift) we have more freedom than we have ever had before and we will contiue to have these freedom as long as we don't abuse it's power.

The Bill of Rights affects people in many different ways. It protect people, it gives people freedom, it gives people rights to a fare trial in court, it protects the people. Everyone practices different types of religion. The Bill of Rights allow people to practice there own religion without a problem. There allowed to practice it anywhere. There shouldn’t be a law to say otherwise. Also if there’s war the Bill of Rights states that there cant be a law stating that troops have to be housed in a random home. The Bill of Rights helps us when were in trial. It says that we should have a fair trial. Without the Bill of Rights the United States would not be the same. To start of there would be a lot of problems concerning religion. People wouldn’t be secure in there own home. The government could just go in peoples houses with out saying a word and just search and take things. It also states that no one should be punished unfairly.

The bill of rights is an important part of America. Every American is subjected to its supreme rule and there is no law that can counter it. The bill of rights isnt only a set of limitations it allows me to do many things. I have the freedom of speech. It protects me from the government. It guarantees that I have certain liberties and the government cannot pass any laws taking them away or violating them. Without the bill of rights corruption would be everywhere. The government would run rampant picking out the people they have issues with. There would be no control and as a result the people wouldnt be served by the government. It would just be the greed of a group of people.

The Bill Of Rights gives us many freedoms. Freedom of speech, freedom of religion, assembly, freedom of the press are some of them well maybe thats all. Anyways was saying, the Bill Of Rights affects my life in many ways. It gives me many freedoms and ine of my favorites is freedim of speech because I like to speak my mind almost all the time. THe Bill Of Rights gives me the freedom to be of any religion I want and to have assemblies when I disagree with something that the government or someone I know does. This is great to me because not all people get these types of freedom especially in other contries. My life would be so much different without the Bill Of Rights. I wouldnt be able to do many of the things I do now and I would probobly have to be of a certain religion and have to wear certain clothes and I wouldn't be able to speak for my self as much as I do now maybe not even at all. I would not be able to give my opinions because my freedom of speech would not be ther and I would loose mostly all of the freedoms I have. I think it would suck if we didn't have the Bill Of Rights.

PS...SORRY I POSTED SO LATE MR.T I WAS REALLY BUSY AND I WOULD HAVE POSTED IT BUT WHEN I CHEKED ON FRIDAY YOU DIDNT POST THE HOMEWORK YET...SORRY!!!!! please accept this it wont happen again =]
