I think the balance of power was not fair to the State and the Federal Government because the Federal had to approve to declare war and the State can't approve to declare war. But if the government didn't have the approvable to declare war, then the states wouldn't be united and all the states will be going crazy. This is what I think about the balance of power for the Federal and the State Government. xD
Yes, i do think the balance of power is fair to the states and the Federal Government. The Federal Government has more power than the states because they aren't only in charge of one state they are in charge of the nation. The states government can pass a law but for that law to be passed in more than just that one state the Federal Government has to approve it. The balance of power between the state and federal government is fair to me. The federal government only has more power than the state government because they are in charge of more than one state. State governments only control one state. They have less responsibility(so to speak).
