1A.THE Magna carta is when the king has all the power and has a right too free trial.

1B.?

1C.the English bill of rights was the rights of the citizens from the government.

2.i think the magna carta was not really fair because it wasnt right to the citizens because they had to do everything.i really dont know what the petition of rights was . the english bill of rights was for the citezens to not do anything for the government.

3.it influence the government of amaerica because if there where no rights there would be alot of cayas and alot of bad things would be happening to the citezens because the government would want things down there way.

NOTES :
In Great Britain , people got tired of the monarchical rule and wanted a different government , this was called democracy. In the year of 1215 in England , at Runnymede , english barrons took a stand against King John. They created the magna carta which ruled the king`s restrictions on hatt he can and can not do. In the year of 1628 , King Charles I , agreed o sign the Petition of Right , which kept the king from arresting people without cause. The Englich Bill of Rights was created to list the grievances of the English and making them laws.
Questions:
1a. The Magna Carta : a document that ruled the king`s restrictions.
1b.The Petition of Right : Kept the king from arresting citizens for no cause.
1c.The English Bill of Rights : The list of grievances made by the Britsh citizens to make sure they never get mistreated.
2.The Magna Carta was inportant because it was the first laws set up from the British citizens that the King agreed to.
The Petition of Right was important because it let innocent people stay alive for the time being instead of the King killing them for no reason.
The English Bill of Rights was important because it set up a standard to which the King had to follow so the citizens will feel like they are being treated the correct way.
3.These documents influenced the growth of Government in America by having the same basic package if you would say because it was the same type of laws with different names in different years.
-Joseph Wolkin , 1st period.

magna carter was a document that allowed citizens to have their own rights. the petition of right refuted a kings devine rights, also marnarchs would be equaly subject to laws. the english bill of rights granted citizens the right to petition the king without fear reprisal and the right to a fair trial
i think the importancte of all three of these documents were important in that time period because the citizen were not getting alot of freedom to fair trials, and more.
these documents influ7ence the growth in a america because america kind of mimic great britans tradition
