How are we able to do homework #4 if we did NOT get our textbooks? I am unable to answer the questions without a resource.

1}the goal of the mercantalism is to increase the nation's (Great Britain's) total wealth.
2}the major colonial import:
furniture, utensils, books, and china.
3}that if the good weren't shipped to the english ship or the colonial, then the country cannot trade with the colonies. the good that is traded between europe and the colonies would have to first passes through an english port.
and colonies could only export certain items to england, also vessal show be operate by crews.
4} the legislation promote Britain's mercantilist policy by making them want to have more?
5}I think it's King Philips War, that caused the collapse of the dominion of new england. The Dominion of New England was formed because, a lack of control over New England and the fear that the colonies would not be able to defend themselves against France. 6} it's meant Salutary Neglect
because, of all the wars that was going on in europe, and everything was very scarce.
7}most colonial governments are now more aware of the self-government thing. and they have to be more careful now, or self-government could debate and might eventually won.

1. The concept of Mercantilism was that the country with the most silver and Gold had the most power. The goal of mercantilism was for a country to be independent and self- sufficient.
2.The major colonial imports were lumber, furs, fish,and tobacco, furniture, utensils, books and china.
3. The chief restrictions placed were goods had to be shipped in colonial or english ships, vessels have to be operated by at east three quarter english or colonial crews, only export certain things to england, and goods have to pass through an english port.
4.The legislation promoted Britain's mercantilist policy by creating the Navigation Acts. 5.The dominion of New England formed because the king felt the colonies were not obedient enough, The cause of the collaspe was England turned their attention away from the colonies. 6. The term salutary neglect describing Britain's colonial policy in the early 18 century means that england only relaxed its ruling in return for something from the colonies. 7. The colonies were under so many unfair rules so they would want to have their own government not under british rules.

I think that studying history is kindof important. Why I think that way was because, what happens in the past is not really important to now days anymore. But i also thinks that, history sould be impotant because it is something that made who we are, and how we are here today.
Reading the article the five most important reasons, that i think for studing history is; history Helps Us Understand People and Societies. By that means,long time ago scientist had formulate theories or laws about human behavior.Which the experiment they did can determine how human would act. the text also said that "the past must serve as our most vital evidence in the unavoidable quest"
That's ture, without the past's data the people won't get the sense of how societies function.
2)History is in Our Own Lives;
History is in our own life because, we have our ancester in the past. Not only if it's in our own life, but in the whole entire world. But history can help us to understand, and everything that happen until today. Without our hero in the past, we're probably human with freedom, with bill of right, or independence.
3)History Provides Identity:
I think that this is one of the most important reason of why history is important.
Histor provides the imformtion of how your type of cuture use to life like. How they survival, what they did, what they believe in, and the theme and setting. These imformation are somethings that tell and identify for who you are.
4)History Is Essential for Good Citizenship;
history data have shown the difficulties they went through from taxes to national institutions. The history would provide us the understnadingof the poblem that they faced and what they done to overcome the issue. it helps us to understanding what had lead us to that issue, so we won't made the smae mistake in the future. Good citizens should know this in order to have better busniesses.
5)History Is Useful in the World of Work; if you study history you can work in a museums and media centers. Peope who works there is someone that is an professional historians. history can also invole you to a bette career, into lawyer or public administration. studying history is also important for public helps, and freedom of speech.
