DEAR MR.TESLER,

I WOULD LIKE TO SEE A BILL BE PASSED ALLOWING WOMEN TO BE ABLE TO CHOOSE IF THEY WANT TO HAVE AN ABORTION. I SAY THIS BECAUSE IF A WOMAN HAD BEEN SEXUALLY ASSAULTED WHY SHOULD THEY HAVE TO HAVE THAT PERSONS CHILD. AND IF SOMEONE DOES NOT WANT THE CHILD THEY SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO GET AN ABORTION BECAUSE THAT PERSON MAY NEGLECT THAT PERSON DUE TO THE FACT THAT SHE DID NOT WANT THE CHUILD IN THE FIRST PLACE. ALSO IF A PERSONS CHILD IS GONNA BE HANDICAPPED. WELLL THIS ONE I AM KINDA NOT SURE BECAUSE IF THE PERSON CANT AFFORD TO HAVE A HANDICAPPED CHILD THEN THEY SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO HAVE AN ABORTION. BUT IF THEY ARE ABLE TO AFFORD IT THEY SHOULD HAVE A LOGICAL EXPLANATION AS TO WHY THEY WANT AN ABORTION.

WOMAN SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO GET AN ABORTION IF THEY PLEASE. THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE.

the reasons explaining check and balances is because no part of the government becomes so powerful.which divided the three parts of the goverment like the legistlative branch, in charge of making laws, Executive branch veto's the law, and the Judicial branch can make or say a law is unconstitutional. I think the Judicial Branch is the most powerful because it is incontrol what of what laws are constitutional or exceptable for the nation and government.I don't agree that checks and balances slows down the process of the government because it helps everything be put into balance with the three branches and how the goverment gets things done for the states.
