I think an amendement I would like too put into the constitution is the restablishment of the election process. We have an electoral college which isnt even stated in our consitution deciding on the presidents. I feel this power should be split between the votes of people in total and the votes of the senate. The people will all vote and according right to the last vote which one has more it will be fifty percent of support to that president. The electoral college on the other hand will vote if in the event of a tie the senate shall vote using the vice president as the tie breaker.

I think that the amendment I would add would be for 16-year-old to legally drink and get a license. I think this would be a good idea because when your 16 most people are mature enough to know what’s right and what’s wrong. To drink, your parents should get a say in that but I think that it would be ok on weekends. To get your license is a good idea to. When you 16 you get your permit which is basically almost the same thing so why not get the real thing instead of the permit. I think that this amendment would be a good idea.

The amendment that should be in the Constitution is that there should be no HW because when you come back from school, you get tired and what if you get home around 9 and you have no time to do your homework?? Homework is the thing that the students hate about and it is really annoying that we have homeworks. We hate it when we come back from school and we have to do our homeworks. This is why this amendment should be in the Constitution. xD

I think an ammendment i would add to the Constitution is that if you are of the age of 15 or older and you already know how to drive responsibly you should be able to get your license because a permit is almost the same thing except you have to drive with someone with a license or something like that. The process of the permit and then the license is too long why cant the mature teens just go straight to the license. This is what I think and I also think that if the teen really is responsible that the DMV can take this into consideration and maybe get a parent signature or something. That would be better for teens of the ages 15 and up because they wouldnt have to wait for a bus or a train or even a cab because they could just hop in the car and go...You understand what Im trying to say? Well thats how I feel and those are my reasons..SEE YA MR T..

If I had to create an amendment to add to the constitution I would lower the drinking age, driving age, clubbin' age and job age to 16. I believe this because you get your permit at 16 so why not just get the licence with like an asterisk or something. And i think that if you could go to the military you should be able to get a drink at a bar. It is not fair that in New York you can drive at 18 but when you go to Florida they're driving at 16. We should all be able to drive at the same age because I think that there is no other way for it to be. - Daniel Randell

I agree with Karla because they give you a permit when your sixteen so why don't they give you a license when your sixteen. What I think also should be on the amendment is that it doesn't matter how old you are you should be able to watch rated R movies. In New York City they don't care what age you are as long as you have the money. But one day when I went to Tennessee. And I was going to a rated R movie they actually said can i see your license. I said
I don't have one. She's like you have to be 18 or older. Im like this
is some BS. But my cousins sneaked me in. Yea so this is my thought. See you in class peace. Parth Patel
